"Smokin' Pig Barbecue"

This season, the "Smokin' Pig Barbecue" is again offering mouth-watering barbecue, as well as tasty side items and ice-cold fountain drinks.  Pulled pork sandwiches, barbecued ribs, beef brisket, and bison as well as the familiar hot dogs and sausage are available meat entrees.  We are cooking veggies from our garden including squash, zucinni, cabbage, okra, and more. Also on the menu you will find home made potato salad, bean salad, baked beans, and corn-on-the-cob.  Our strawberry shortcake, home made ice cream, apple cobbler or fried apple pies for dessert make a delicious meal choice.  There are a picnic tables located on-site where customers can enjoy their meal and look over the beautiful mountains that are the backdrop of the Market's location.
